HOW IT WORKS

1. Schedule your appointment by booking a time and date that works for you. We're open from 8:00am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday, and each appointment will last approximately 30 minutes.
2. We'll email you a link to a video call. On the day of your appointment, simply follow the link (you'll need an account) and one of our ironmongery experts will be ready to chat with you.
3. Your appointment will be tailored to your individual needs. You can virtually browse product samples, discuss design and finish features and benefits in line with your preferences, complementary finishes and colours, and ask any burning questions you may have.
