We are looking for an individual with interest and excitement for our brand and product range to join our expanding Creative Team, helping to grow brand awareness, social media following and engagement, alongside involvement in other digital and print marketing activities across market leading brands within our group portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate creativity, positivity, and the ability to articulate and influence strategic decisions.
• Independently identify, pitch, and implement new commercially driven creative campaigns and strategies that effectively market the company’s products and services.
• Research and analyse campaign results, using information and data to make informed decisions on new initiatives based on results and success rates.
• Analyse the ROI across all paid marketing activities and prepare monthly reports with campaign results and insights.
• Guide the wider team with useful information and insights during campaigns.
• Actively monitor market trends, tools and competitor activity.
• Work with the Marketing Manager, and the wider Creative Team to successfully deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives, across the digital and print landscapes where relevant.
• Adapt and evolve in line with ever changing trends, business needs and customer demand.

Are you an experienced salesperson with an interest in luxury home interiors?  We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm for our brand and product range to join our ever-growing team.  Working with the wider Sales Team you will contribute to growing company sales and brand reputation by delivering outstanding customer service and aftercare while actively fostering strong, long term customer relationships to stimulate sales growth.
