SALES & MARKETING ROLES - NEW RETAIL LOCATION, LUDLOW

We are looking for individuals with passion and excitement for From The Anvil, and our sister brand Period Property Store's product collections to join our team at a brand-new retail showroom location in Ludlow!

The Role

Plans for this exciting new location are underway and we are actively seeking new team members in Sales and Marketing to help us launch, and run the showroom which provides a second location alongside our luxury Mid-Wales showroom for customers to see, touch and feel a selection of our very own luxury, handmade ironmongery, lighting and homeware, as well as a range of other home interior and renovation products such as internal doors, paint, paper and tiles available from our sister brand Period Property Store.

The Person

A creative, interior design and renovation enthusiast with experience in sales or marketing (or both!) to join us at this exciting time as we expand our retail operations into Shropshire.  We’re looking for individuals who are happy operating independently, and confident working remotely while collaborating with the established team based at our main head office location in Llandrindod Wells, Powys.

External Sales Executives

We’re looking for two External Sales Executives to grow relationships with existing customers and bring our products to new ones. This is a hands-on field sales role, focused on understanding how customers work and how we can support them better.

The Role

You’ll spend 3–4 days per week visiting customers across your territory, with the rest of the week following up on quotes, prices, and next steps with the help of our internal team. You’ll work with existing accounts, warm leads from our internal systems, and new opportunities you identify yourself, helping grow sales steadily over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Grow accounts by understanding needs and introducing relevant products.
  • Visit new and existing customers, following up visits with pricing, lead times, and actionable next steps.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Keep clear records so the wider team can support your activity.

Product & Projects Executive

We’re looking for a Product & Projects Executive to help move important product-focused projects from idea to reality. This role sits within our Product Development Team, working across product design and development, procurement, technical and supply chain. While the wider team is focused on day-to-day work, this role exists to give longer-running projects the time, structure and attention they need.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for picking up a range of established projects and seeing them through to completion. This will include product improvements and enhancements, packaging changes, elements of new product development, and work around product testing, certification and compliance.

A key part of the role will be supporting work around Part Q and PAS 24 regulations, helping ensure our products are ready for any future changes to regulations, including testing and certification for retrofit doors and windows.

You’ll spend time organising information, coordinating input from colleagues, keeping track of progress, and making sure projects continue to move forward in a clear and structured way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple product-related projects and keep them moving from start to finish.
  • Support product improvements, packaging updates and development activity.
  • Help manage testing, certification and compliance work across relevant products.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Product Team and wider business.
  • Maintain clear records, timelines and project information.
  • Bring a practical, organised approach to complex and detailed work.
