Our head office in the heart of Mid Wales is home to our showroom, offices, warehouses, workshops and creative hub. Meet some of the people who design, make and deliver From The Anvil products.

Mark

Founder

Having run a small business reselling ironmongery, in 1998 Mark was discontented with the existing product chocie and designed his own range of traditional, handmade ironmongery, thus founding the From The Anvil brand.

Tom

Managing Director

In 2012, Tom took over the running of From The Anvil as our Managing Director. Tom helps the From The Anvil team all work together to maintain our high level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Rob

Operations Director

As our Operations Director, Rob oversees the company's daily activities, ensuring everything is running smoothly and identifying areas where efficiency or allocation of resources could be improved.

Rhys

Sales Director

Rhys is one of our Sales Directors. He assesses and refines many of our strategies to drive revenue growth and increase the overall sales of the business.

Sophie

Key Account Manager

Sophie is responsible for managing and developing key reseller relationships, driving account growth and strengthening our stockist network through proactive support and engagement.

Luke

Sales Manager

Luke is our Sales Manager. His role involves visiting our key account holders across the country, focusing on long-term retention and customer account development.

Rhodri

Product Manager

As our Product Manager, Rhodri uses his skills to analyse market trends and design and develop new additions to our product offering, while simultaneously improving existing designs.

Adam

Product Engineering Executive

Adam's impressive engineering skills give him a hands-on role in bespoke product creation and development, alongside overseeing the Workshop Team.

Mark

Technical & Projects Executive

With a background in Mechanical Engineering & Design, Mark has an incredible depth of product knowledge which makes him an ideal Technical & Project Executive.

Hemant

Warehouse Manager

Hemant is our Warehouse Manager. He oversees the members of our Warehouse Team, making sure all our pacels are sent out accurately and on time.

Rachael

Office Supervisor

Rachael oversees the members of our Internal Sales Team, handling communications with customers and stockists to ensure a premium level of customer service & satisfaction.

Alyce

Marketing Manager

With her degree in Art and her love for interior styling, Alyce is our Marketing Manager who oversees the Graphics & Marketing Team.

Hannah

Creative Lead

Hannah is our Creative Lead and an experienced interior designer. She works across our creative projects, content and collaborations, bringing a practical understanding of how hardware is used within the home.

Ben

Photography Executive

Ben is our Photography & Videography Executive. With an extensive knowledge of From The Anvil, he creates a lot of our visual media including case studies, mood boards, & insitue images alongside video and promotional content.

Sophia

Digital Executive

Sophia is our self-taught Digital Content & Website Executive. Alongside developing skills in web development which allows her to maintain our websites, she's also responsible for creating marketing & media content.
