What is your carriage-paid order requirement?
Our prepaid carriage rate is applied to orders over £150 in the UK mainland.
Where are your products made?
We have three factories in which our products are produced: one in the UK (near our headquarters in Llandrindod Wells), one in Europe, and one in Asia.
What base metals do you use?
This depends on the finish. Our Black, Beeswax, & Pewter products have a mild steel base. Our Polished Brass, Aged Brass, Polished Nickel, Polished Chrome, and Satin Chrome products have a solid brass base. Our Polished Bronze and Aged Bronze products have a Solid bronze base. Our Polished & Satin Stainless Steel products are made of either Marine grade 316 stainless steel base (door & window furniture), or a grade 304 stainless steel base (cabinet furniture).
How will my Home & Garden product arrive?
All of the products in our Home & Garden range will arrive fully assembled, with the exception of the boot racks that arrive flat packed.  To assemble, you will simply have to screw the support uprights to the base of your boot rack and it’s ready for use.
Can I have a free brochure?

We're constantly updating the information on our website, which is displayed on the product page of each item. What should I do if my product is missing a part?
If your product is missing parts, please get in touch with the company you placed the original order with. They should be able to replace the parts you need, and they'll already have your details on record.  If they're unable to help you, please get in touch with us and we'll do whatever we can to solve your problem. Do you ship internationally?
Our products are sold through a network of stockists. Many of these distributors offer reasonable delivery services both nationally and overseas. Please contact us for more information and we’ll be happy to put you in touch with someone that can ship to your desired location!
Do you offer free samples?
Upon request, we can send out samples. You’ll be charged for the product(s), but delivery will be free. You can choose to keep the product(s) at no additional cost, or return them for a full refund, credited to your account.
