Carriage & Delivery Information

UK Mainland*
All goods (apart from long lengths) are sent with DPD and will require a signature upon arrival. Long lengths are sent with DX.
All orders over £150 net Free delivery
All orders under £150 net Carriage charge £9.99

 

*UK Mainland excludes Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire, & all offshore islands.

Delivery

  • Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment.
  • Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
  • For addresses in the UK Mainland*, we aim to deliver your order within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.
  • Goods require a signature upon arrival at the delivery address stated on your order form between 8am and 3pm.
  • If there are delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed at all times, including the expected delivery time.
  • Orders that are returned to us as undelivered will incur a chargeable fee of £10 for carriage, plus VAT and administration costs.
  • Once the goods have been delivered (and not before), you become the owner of the products, making them your responsibility. At this point, we are not liable for any subsequent damage, loss, or destruction of the goods.
  • 99% of our parcels are delivered next working day, however our courier terms only guarantee delivery within 48 hours, therefore only deliveries exceeding 48 hours can be reported. As long length parcels are processed manually, delivery of these goods can often take two days as standard.
  • Please note, if your parcel does not arrive, you cannot submit a missing parcel claim until 15 working days after dispatch.

 

International Delivery

  • We can ship internationally, but the cost of delivery will vary based on your shipping location. Please note that we may be unable to deliver to certain countries.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs taxes/duties, the amount will vary on the order value and this will be communicated via the delivery company, these will be in addition to the delivery charges agreed as per order acknowledgements.
