Can I return a product if I decide it's not right for me?
If for any reason you decide you'd like to return your product, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can issue you a returns note. You can email us at customerservices@fromtheanvil.co.uk or get in contact with us here. We'll do our best to make your return process as quick and easy as possible!
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
While we do our best to prevent it, damage can occasionally occur in transit. In this event, we'll do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible! You can either reach out to the retailer you purchased your item from or contact us directly. You may be asked to send photos of the damage. From here, we'll either ask you send the damaged product back to us, or we'll arrange a collection for you and provide you with a replacement.
How do I return a product?
Firstly, you'll need to email us at customerservices@fromtheanvil.co.uk for a returns form. Then, you can pack your product in its original packaging and place your returns form inside. We'll either have you send this back to us, or arrange a collection. How long do I have to return an item?
From the date of purchase, you have 6 months to submit a returns request. Returns submitted within 2 months of invoice date will be fully refunded with no fee. Goods returned within 2-6 months of invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted beyond 6 months of invoice date. We recommend checking your products for damage/missing parts as soon as they arrive so that any issues can be resolved ASAP.
What should I do if I want to return an item but I've already thrown away the packaging?
If you can't return your products in their original packaging, you'll have to individually wrap each item yourself, ready for the return process. We'll determine whether or not a restocking charge will be applied based on the condition of the products when we receive them. If the returned products are not suitable for resale, it's likely a restocking charge will be incurred.
What should I do if my product develops a fault after fitting it?
If you find an issue with your product after fitting it, please get in touch with us so we can help you! We'll ask for a description, photo, or video of the problem so we can understand what's happened and we'll endeavour to do our best to resolve it.
What should I do if I change my mind about a product after fitting it?
Once a product has been fitted, it's no longer in a condition where we can resell it. If you've already fitted your product, unfortunately you won't be eligible for a full refund. However, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can use some of the parts as spares or replacements, so feel free to get in touch with us to discuss.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
This depends on how you return your item (i.e., if you send it yourself or arrange a collection) and the transport method used. Once we receive the item, our quality control team will check it for damage/missing parts. After this, your refund should be issued within 3 working days.
How soon can I get a replacement if my product is damaged in transit?
The quicker you let us know about a problem, the quicker we can resolve it. We try and provide our customers with a replacement product the next day, although this isn't always possible (e.g., with long-distance delivery areas etc.). We'll do our best to get you a replacement ASAP and keep you updated on the process!
